Beginner RunningThe Beginner Running course is ideal for anyone who has not run or exercised before, or for those who have been away from running/exercise and want to build their fitness levels up gradually.
The aim of this course is to gently progress on to running an optional 5k by week 8 of the course. Each member will work at their own pace. A lovely relaxed group. Here at ERG we hope to inspire every one of our members to work to the best of their abilities in order to reach their goals. £25 per person/per 8 week course |
Intermediate RunningThe Intermediate Running course is for runners who want to improve their 5k time, add distance or speed to their run, or just enjoy running with the group and being active.
Blue group intermediates have the option to run a timed 5k at week 8 of the course. Pink group intermediates have the option to run 5k at week 4 and 10k at week 8. Each group is of varied abilities, and it is the runners choice to run as much or as little as they wish at each session in order to reach their goals. Sessions will vary and include training such as Fartlek, Interval Training, Hill Training etc. £25 per person/per 8 week course |
