Personal training sessions and online coaching with Kelly Francis Bell.

1-2-1 TRAINING

1-2-1 training with Kelly. After an initial consultation, sessions will be devised to guide you to achieve your goal.

Try out new workouts and exercises that you haven't used before but have always wanted to. Learn a new skill and work beyond your expectations to get results that you’ve only dreamed of. Don’t wish for it anymore!

A 45 minute session. £30 per session

Additional exercise plans with nutritional advice can be made upon request.

GROUP PT

A maximum of 5 per group. This outdoor session is ideal for those who are wanting to try out new exercises, work on their technique and get the most out of their training.

A 30 minute session consisting of the use of a variety of equipment. Early morning sessions times are available from spring to autumn seasons (6am, 6.30am, 7am).

If you would like to arrange a group training session for your friends or family please get in touch. Alternatively look out for our own group PT sessions available from April.

THE LIFESTYLE MAKEOVER

This 8 week course guides you through the steps to create new healthy habits that will, in turn result in weight loss. Your goal is broken down into small chunks to enable ease and structure. The custom made part of the plan is an in-depth program based on your goal, plus your current weight/measurements. The program requires you to take daily action and to keep an open mind. It will get you thinking and questioning what you thought you knew.

BALANCED

The Balanced 8 week course aims to do just that - create balance within the mind and body. Use your knowledge from STEP 1 - The Lifestyle Makeover, and take it to the next level. There is a new personal plan, starting from where you are now. The program has an optional introduction to weight lifting. It shows you the basic principles and the reasons why weight training is just as important as any form of cardio based exercise. If your goal is to feel more "toned" then this course could be for you.
