Self Development Coaching
Me, Myself & I
What is Self Development Coaching?
Self Development Coaching (life coaching) helps an individual identify and reach goals, devise solutions, actualise plans, and achieve positive growth and
transformation. It targets high performance and enables clients to achieve their full potential to manage life change. Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process. which inspires individuals to maximise their own strengths, qualities, and abilities.
Unlike counselling or therapy, which tends to focus more on the past, coaching focuses on the present and the future. The goals and aims of coaching include raising awareness, discovering and fully using one's potential, learning self-responsibility and self-accountability, growth, enhancing quality of life, aligning values with lifestyle, change, seeing new perspectives and viewpoints, and exploring new possibilities. The focus of coaching is on positive expansion and forward movement. As with physical training and external work, it's also vital that we look after our inner self in order for both to work in sync - mind body connection. If one or the other is off balance it can feel like there's a cog in the works, and we can get overwhelmed with life and feel 'stuck'. Coaching can help us to become 'unstuck' and to actually make the life that we create in our mind a reality.
